FIFA WORLD CUP TROPHY TOUR 2014

I was to come in a week before my actual date of internship to speed up the progress of Fifa World Cup Trophy Tour I had so so so much to catch up with all those details, event flow, planning, itinerary for a 3 days event and many more. With little experiences organizing college events, i never seen SUCH BIG BUDGET BEFORE! and such detailing and words i never seen before lol.

Plane lands at approximately at skypark subang at 3pm, securities,police escorts, usherettes, media, kompang group  and crews on standby. so so so exciting!

first time seeing a broadcast van.

i couldnt take the trophy so i took the media's

after arrival and press conference, they went to metro prima and then do astro

thanks to hyundai for sponsoring transportation.

i manage to go see behind the scenes as we interns followed the project manager to see and check out what  and how people do the set up. 

Could not  wait for the crowd to come in! its like playing diner dash where people loves your restaurant and that its overwhelming to see.

this was one of the best experience i have ever been. i got to hold the walkie talkie though im still newbie in it and made more than 400 lanyards, countless coca cola and countless rounding location observing and feeling overwhelmed by the crowd. though i encouter a number of blur people asking me where is the toilet when the signboard is just right in front of them.

all in all i had blister just under my feet, looks like converse is not a good shoe to stand and walk for almost a day and i think i lost weight by forgetting to eat or too tired to eat dinner.
