Valentine's day , anniversary and birthday.

Its a broke month.. a really broke month. its a fat month.. a really fat month. There is a pro and a con having three special days in a month and they are all not apart from each other! they are so close!! 14,19,21. so little time to plan a celebration plus im working and his working.

Valentines Day 

I dont expect much, i am not really a flower person,  whats the point of spending so much for bouquets and they are going to die! might as well buy me something memorable right? i was so happy i finished work early that day and i was so excited to change into a more formal wear but sadly he was stuck in the jam and he came one and a half hours late! so frustrating! He didnt want me to change because he said "its just valentines day", im wearing my working shirt.. its fine, i love you wearing this casual dress".

He asked me to get a mic under the passenger seat and i was thinking why would there be a mic under the seat and there it was, i felt a plastic and it was a single rose. "Single rose means you are my only one" and it took 4 days to die off usually is 2-3. 

So we went to one utama an house before it closes, he was hot and sweating after a long day of work and never bring shorts so here is ADVANCE BIRTHDAY SHOPPING! ( THIS IS WHAT I PLAN TO BUY FOR HIM THE WEEK OF HIS BDAY). So i bought him uniqlo short pants and long pants as well ( there goes hundreds). He look so good in it. After being all comfortable, we went to eat.. the first thing that came in my mind was steak.. i think somehow my collegue who went on her date said they went for steak and im like its  been ages since i ate steak... So we went to chillis.. why? i dont know why, we could have gone to chicago something right?

Oh wells, the food in chillis was good and satisfying. Baby got his super huge burger (pictures in my instagram >>>>>>). and i got my steak!! well.. it wasnt the steak steak taste but it was juicy and nice. We ended the night watching the awkward moment featuring zac efron. HILARIOUS!!!

Anniversarry 

YEAP! he got his burger again! 

Another western food. i finish work late like around 10pm!! had a new project brief and now im taking lead on the costing and how the event is going to be. So most of the shops was close already but i wasnt worried because i was planning to eat at the social or silver spoon because  i love their pasta's but somehow i dont know why i chose Ben's. ( bad decision). The food wasnt really that nice, not as nice as chillis and it could be better. I could have ate at social or silver spoon. ( bad decision jen) why oh why! or maybe it was the choice of food. wasted!  

BIRTHDAY 

now being 22 is not young anymore, its a young adult achieving goals and trying to find what is best for you. It was the same day of elle launch party! super pumped about it for weeks but due to finishing work late again, i have to skip the party and celebrate his birthday. I wanted to bring him to Helipad because i wanted to go but then again why am i being super romantic with the view and all. sometimes i feel like im being the guy. lol. But we ended up in somewhere better. The one and only new mall.... SKYPARK also known as one city mall.

FUCK MY LIFE! 10 storeys high and looking down.. i was scared at first and didnt want to look down but in the end i was like fuck it. im looking down and i felt like i was flying. LOOOOOLL.  So we walked around to see what to eat and japanese caught my attention because its been ages that WE ate japanese so why not? 

THEY DO NOT HAVE BENTO SET!!! WHHHAAAAT!!!?? i love bento sets! This Inaho Japanese's sashimi's is not as fresh as the one in publiks ( IDO ICHI). Their chawan mushi is not bad though. SO I PAID! of coz! and i didnt showed him the price and he told the waiter " i come back tomorro and ask you". It was a joke!. 

The mall is the most beautiful mall i have ever seen, and parking is free for now! Some of the restaurants such as Tappers, Fatboys, Charlie Chaplin, Old town and many more have DOUBLE STOREYS! and they have more shops on the second the third floor which is so so so spacious!!! THE ALL NEW PUBLIKA HANG OUT!  thought they are missing a stage and more pubs but have beautiful views. love the concept. 

Here is the cons of having 2 special days in a month. 

1) TOO SOOON 

2) wont be excited anymore after this month on something 

3) no time to make a surprise party 

4) its not the weekend 

Pro 

1) He can focus more on my bday.. hehe 

2) Get to eat fine dining 

3) Dress up day!! 

4) Curious on what is he going to do? 

Here is my experience! i feel like i gain a few pounds but life is short right? I personally feel like having a fine dining with your partner during special day is like a bonus and you get to wear cocktail dresses and stuff like that but the fact is that i am very casual person that i really dont mind cooking dinner with him with groceries we bought together, light up a candle and drink champagne. Almost the same amount spend.

Love is not all about luxurious, it is more than what you think, and what you expect.

A day where couple's head out and celebrate

 ...hide her eyes from the big red word "SALE" when she has shop recently unless you are a big shopper too then go ahead.  
...when she  really want to buy something but something new will be launching soon and telling her to consider because something better is coming soon. 
... when she over work herself in unnecessary stuff that has no datelines and that she needs a break, STOP HER AND SPEND TIME WITH HER.  
...when she is taking pictures with guys you dont even know so closely 

GIRLS, REMEMBER THIS 

Dont expect so much because seeing him everyday is a blessing
having him with you is a blessing
having him by your side when you cry is the best feeling
having him boosting up your confidence and supporting you in your life is the best feeling 
having him kissing you everyday telling you , you are beautiful just the way you ( I have low-self esteem) is the best feeling in the world
If you have trouble sleeping at night (sometimes i even get insomnia), what charmander( my bf) usually do is he sings or share screen on his skype and watch movie with me until l fall asleep or if i am with him, his shoulders and arms is the best pillow IN THE WORLD! 
If he  cheers you  up with you cry and puts you to sleep after that is the most overwhelming feeling (just like who i cried for taylor swift since she was in Australia) and he told me what if she comes here? you save alot of money .. and now she is coming down! 
If he cooks for you after you finish work or when you are sick, he loves you and wants you to be fat ( just kidding) 
If he does house chores .. even better! he doesnt want to burden you, making you more lazy ( just kiddin) 
If he parties with you and you love partying, he is perfect for you 
If he gets angry when you are too close with another guy not because he is insecure, he is scared to loose you 
If he carries you when you care tired or fall down, he loves you
If he is sweating all over and proposing to you or preparing one, he is ready for the next level 
If he cries in front of you, you made him weak and that because he loves you with all his heart

So always remember this, they do care for you as much as we care for them
They can be strong in the outside but weak in the inside

Chinese New year 2014- The year of a horse

HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR AND GONG XI FA CAI! 


A busy week before the festive season planning and getting things done before a holiday. Interning seems to be busy all the time and my only bored time is only an hour. The event company i am working with currently have 9 projects on going and some of us are doing 2 projects at the same time. Its pretty cool BUT HECTIC.

I was so looking forward for the cny holiday because i get to see and reunite with my uncles and aunties and relatives and good food! Yee sang was the start of everything and charmander( my bf) family tried homemade. To be honest, i am not a fan of yee sang as it taste weird like some kind of sour-ish but i dont know where its coming from so his mother made the most tastiest yee sang ever!

Shed the carrot and pear(it makes it sweet) , there is i think its call jelly fish and then pomelo and with the yee sang green and red thing and the mix noodle thing ( Sorry i dont know what is it call) and the crispy brown cracker and topping wiith abalone! yums!!!

Another session of yee sang with my family during cny eve.

This was in Soup Restaurant ( One utama).

there was other dishes but i was too hungry! lol! this was one of the best 

according to him, this is only half! ;0 

Visiting time! 

He gave me rm10 to gamble and i assume it can only last two rounds because his aunty( banker) has alot of luck but i won rm25 back! woohoo! 

Charmander family is super huge like one bungalow cant even fit all of us and this is my second year following him so i tried remembering their faces and name and glad some of them actually remembered me. Nice to see them again. 

I have this habit of not opening ang pau's only untill after cny, untill everything is over and i mix it all up with mine and his so i lost count which is mine and his coz according to him is OURS. so sweet. 

So since my pay came before cny so i thought of pampering myself (Another blog post about it) 

I didnt know there was such thing of FOOT MASK! its for moisturising the feet and im like WHAAT ARE YOU PUTTING ON MY FEET!?

glitter turquoise. love this colour! last year i like red this year i feel like im more towards the liking of blue 

. MAYBE BECAUSE TAYLOR SWIFT DIDNT WIN ALBUM OF THE YEAR DURING THE GRAMMY'S. SO IM HATING RED.. KINDA.. AND DAFT PUNK! GRRRR!

and so charmander got a new phone. Ninetology z1( latest one) and its super duper fast like samsung note 3 and bigger than note 3 and its in HD!. i was so tempted to buy as it was a good buy but in my heart i try to resist it because i want the SAMSUNG RED NOTE 3! but his phone is so damn fast now that my iphone 4 beat him because mine is so slow. T.T. *runsaway*. I am trying to convince him whether he wanna trade with him because female use alot of social media than male.. i think so im hinting him slowly. hehe. Enough of suspense, the price of the phone is rm899 original price is RM1150. Tell me if its a good buy?!! it is right?!

CONCLUSION 

Chinese New Year us no ending yet and to be its all about reunion. I love watching my aunties and uncle still healthy and watching them smile makes me happy. It is not about how much is in the ang pau it is about the heart that counts- money its just a bonus from happiness. So cherish the moment while it last because they wont have so much time and take as many happy pictures during the festive season. 

Look forward as it is the beginning of the year of the horse. Strive for what you wish for and pray to god! Dont have to prove to anybody but yourself. Life is all about learning and making mistakes ( but not too much). Life is all about giving what you have ( kindness, tolerance ... etc) and taking ( Happiness, smiles, compliments..etc). So enjoy your cny! Its the festive season so JUST EAT! put aside abs for a while you can get it back after this as you got another year to cny 2015.. IM LOVING ALL CNY COOKIES! yummms!
