Its been a month since i started and been trying to get used to this healthy diet and gym regularly and its hard. Its hard not because i always cheat, or i cant take it, its too little or whatever, its hard because i have a dad who loves food and keep buying me fried food to munch and noodles., or rice asking me whether i want to eat my fav food which is dim sum and steamboat ( hard to control when it comes to your fav food)
i used to be the kid where i love food and goes gym just for fun but never control my diet. i am more likely my dad coz my genes is to him but not as fat as him la =.=. i will never allow myself to be that fat. i used to be athlete, tried all sorts of sports, basketball is my fav, goes to badminton and swimming. Havent tried tennis before though. i jog when i have to but i still never loose weight you know why? never once i thought about " in the kitchen".
i started getting serious on my diet and gym last month. the first few weeks was hard. your brain says im on diet but your tummy says im hungry. i told my mum to buy me farm fresh low fat milk, cereal bars, banana ( make my own banana shake). i learned some gym tips from my best friend who has been in it for quite some time. Shes more determine then me in looking hot.
Im stil new in this field, the first few weeks i was like ok little rice more vege more fish. accomplish. Whats fr brunch? i bring fruits, brocolli, celery to college. ( mum packs for me) now no more ;x. i am not a salad lover but i learn to eat the green salad with slices of salmon, lemon sauce and mushrooms or whatever i can think of.
For those of you who is/ wants to be in a healthy diet field, practice in the kitchen first then gym. Your efforts is your mentality and kitchen. here are some of tips according to my survey i did and observations.

its been a month now and i could see changes in my body. my arms takes time. everything takes time. i cant eat big portion of food anymore or i cant finish. when i wana munch i will buy cereal bars or fruits. when i hear the word "fried" or some food that i think its unhealthy i would give a look my dad. " stop buying me all these!". how many times do i need to tell them? welcome to typical chinese parents who doesnt know what is it like being on a healthy diet? dont know what to do with me? google it.
how to improve your diet?
this should be general i guess.
no fried
no mcd
DRINK MORE WATER 4- 8 glass a week
take less sweet stuff
no fast food
no junks
dont put too much sugar in your coffee or tea
ask yourself how much cal is this and how much cal you burn everytime?
gym
everybody has diff tactics on how to loose weight. usually u can either do overall cardio last or focus on one or two parts.
sit up
crunches
weights
planks
bicycle thingy
swimming
some people you dont hv to go gym, just work out at home but some people say gym is the best. it really is depends on you and your capabilities. how much can you cope? what can you do? build your stamina, strength , core, abs. some extremist say only eat egg white but some say eggs is good breakfast but dont fry egg.
if you have any tips/ experience share it! if you got a list of food! share it!
if you need a healthy lifestyle club that measures the whole part of your body from mass weight, how much can you burn? how much fats u have? how much water you drink?
