Porcelene Jazz Media Launch -Empire Damansara

Tagline: Coup De Foudre! – A sudden unforeseen event or instantaneous and overwhelming passion, such as love at first sight; it is French, literally, “stroke of lightning.”
Its one of the first restaurant that have EVER been that have a jazz-feel ( pun intended) ok maybe one of the first EVER that goes with jazz theme. This Asian fusion restaurant/ wine bar/ jazz club never fails to impress everyone who enters such a lovely place.

With its vibrant, warm colours with a touch of a light brown tables and chairs makes customers feel welcome and comfortable. It is definitely a good place to make party, proposals and man more. The detailing of the props/deco's is amazing.

 The place is three storey high and on the top floor is more like a chill out drinking place where live bands will perform songs.. most of them are jazz songs to keep the vibe going.

PREMIUM BEEF STRIP ASPARAGUS

Mix greens with beef bacon, asparagus, hardboiled egg, tomato and onions drizzled with house cocktail dressing

a shot where everybody was mesmerized by the food (maybe coz it was a free food) lol

its a deep fried squid saute with salted egg and curry leaves..


CAJUN CUTLETS

Changrilled lamb cutlets topped with homemade Cajun Spices.

This is amazing!! one of the best dish not because it was cook perfectly but it was marinated well and it tasted perfect. 

SIGNATURE AGLIO OLIO DI NERO

Squid ink spaghetti with mushrooms, sun dried tomato and garlic.

If you are a pasta lover, this is one of the most flavourful and most interesting dish i have ever seen.

Champagne in a salmon? that sounds expensive. i am a salmon lover and this is just super delicious. 



PAELLA DE EL SUBMARINO AMARILLO

SPANISH RICE WITH MUSSEL, SHRIMP, SQUID, WHITE CLAMS AND PAN SEAL FISH FILLET.

ONE OF THE MOST INTERESTING DISH OF THE NIGHT.. SPANISH FOOD.. WOW..

All the dishes was cook to its perfection and some of the food was refilled and plates was refilled. I didnt take the picture of the tiramisu which had a little brandy inside to hike up the taste. Excellent last dish...

This was in the bowler room which is in the top floor and Porcelene is the first Acid Jazz Bar and Restaurant in Malaysia! 


It was a very entertaining night mesmerizing us with the detailing for the restaurant, every step we take there is always something new to explore especially in such lovely place with the colourful umbrella's. A brand new place to explore. 

With many assorted wines and good food. This place is near mutiara damansara. Will definitely be back.
